1.  Eat 2-3 slices of 100% Whole-Grain Great Harvest Bread a day.

2.  Choose products made with WHOLE WHEAT over products made with white flour.

3.  Don't forget breakfast!  Choose WHOLE GRAIN TOAST or cereals like GRANOLA or oatmeal.
